If you fall at home or have an emergency press your portable pendant, watch, belt clip or console emergency button and one of our trained operators will respond by speaking to you directly through your console from anywhere in the house. She will ask if you are ok. And she will listen...If she hears nothing or you request emergency assistance... your local emergency services will be called. Our operator will stay on the line with you until help arrives. Once you are taken care of we will notify your loved ones to let them know what has happened and where you are.
